We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday). Because we are a small team, we might occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, but we will always get back to you.
Before You Write
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the calculator, please let us know which browser and device you are using so we can reproduce and fix the bug as quickly as possible. If you are asking for a new niche calculator (e.g., for photographers or video editors), let us know! We prioritize new features based on user requests.
